Dear Unknown Parent

This letter is a simple demonstration
of the way you treated your child.
Your love skipped a generation
You left my imagination running wild

Come before me with your eyes closed
And your arms wide open
Although your intentions remain undisclosed
I'd like to hear the things left unspoken.

But then again you were never there for me
Never there to hold me tight
Never there to hear my plea
Never there to calm me at night

And so dear unknown parent
I would like to hear your voice
A voice never present
Never there to bring me joys.

By Sini

Just a thought.

Brown and yellow leaves
were facing up the sky.
My rough heart skipped a beat,
as I walked on by.
